Stuart has spent most of his life in the Tri-Cities, which gives him a grounded understanding of the local real estate market and the real pressures buyers face when purchasing a presale condo or new construction home in the area.
He earned his law degree from the University of Victoria and has been practicing since his call to the bar in 2011. Before joining Garton & Harris, he served as in-house counsel for a local municipality – experience that gives him a working knowledge of development approvals, zoning, and the regulatory side of new construction projects.
Stuart is known for explaining legal concepts plainly, without the jargon, and for giving practical advice that helps buyers make confident decisions.
