Inside the home, I begin in the attic and work my way down to the basement, using thermal imaging to check for leaks.

Every system is reviewed carefully, so you’re not left with surprises after move-in.

Once the inspection is complete, I’ll explain everything I found in a clear, easy-to-understand summary. You’ll also receive a detailed inspection report outlining current conditions and any recommended improvements so you can confidently prioritize what matters and plan for the future.
